In an effort to stay on top of advances in dental technology and the most effective treatments for our patients, Dr. Dave takes an average of at least 25 hours a year dedicated to practical as well as coursework. He has also been a consultant for future dental products with dental and pharmacology companies, utilizing his past pharmacology and NIH clinical experiences in his past.
Some of his preferred special interests include pharmacology/pain control, anesthetics, endodontics (root canal therapy), and the most recent antibiotic protocols for dental infections. He also regularly attends courses on the most recent advances in cosmetic dentistry and implants.
Because of his dedication to his profession, Dr. D’Apolito has received many awards through the years in regard to both general and cosmetic dentistry.
