  3. Had lunch planned months in advance at Mickey Mantle’s Restaurant and he just so happened to die that day. That is where and when he got his poster that is in the office hallway
  4. Climbed Coba Ruins in Riviera Maya, Mexico (see photo)

  7. Most surprising, unique tourist place visited was Christmas Story House, near Cleveland
  8. Favorite dental procedure he loves is restoring missing teeth with implants
  9. Office was a converted two-family home that was just a few houses away from his two closest high school friends
  10. Favorite non-island place to visit is Las Vegas, though he does not gamble

  12. ’s first job while in high school and college was as a delivery boy for Publix Pharmacy on Main Street in Woodbridge
  13. worked as a pharmacist averaging over 20 hrs. per week while in Dental School

  15. Dave, when he was in the USPHS, was on the NIH Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee and made recommendations to the Directors of the National Institutes of Health on new drugs that they should consider

  17. Has attended and engaged in over 3,000 hours of continuing education since graduating Dental School
